- General Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original condition – Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Return request must be made within 7 days – Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Proof of purchase is required – A valid order number or receipt must be provided.
- Pre-approval for return is mandatory – Customers must obtain approval from our customer service team before returning any product.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personal care and hygiene products(e.g., perfumes, toiletries, ihram).
- Customized or personalized items(engraved, embroidered, or custom-made products).
- Digital products, downloadable content, and e-manuals.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Returns & Refunds for Orders Within Saudi Arabia
Returns within Saudi Arabia are accepted under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligible Returns
- Defective or Damaged Items – If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it or issue a refund upon verification.
- Incorrect Item Received – If the delivered product does not match your order, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
- Change of Mind – Only accepted for unopened and unused products, subject to a restocking fee (if applicable).
2.2 Return Process

2️-Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label (for eligible cases) and further instructions.
3️-Return the Item – Ensure the product is securely packed and returned as per the provided instructions.
4️-Inspection & Processing – Once received, we will inspect the item and process a refund/exchange accordingly.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake(wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
- International Returns (Outside Saudi Arabia)
Due to international shipping constraints, returns for international orders are only accepted in the following cases:
- Manufacturing Defects – If the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- Shipping or Handling Damage – If the product was damaged in transit before reaching the customer.
Non-Returnable for International Orders:
- No returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.

3.1 International Return Shipping & Refunds
- The customer is responsible for all international return shipping costs.
- Customs duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds for international returns will be issued only for the product price, excluding shipping and handling fees.
